It’s.. another update
INR was at 3.2 today. I have an appointment on Thursday with the hematology clinic at UW over in Seattle, so hopefully they can answer a lot of my questions (like, when the hell is the shortness of breath and inability to do anything more strenuous than lift a fork going to go away?).
On another note, got the results of my blood tests, and it’s looking likely I have a disorder known as Factor V Leiden. Apparently, the most common hereditary blood coagulation disorder in the United States, with 5% of the caucasian population suffering from it. 1 in 20 sounds like a lot to me – so I’m guessing there’s a lot of people out there who haven’t been diagnosed yet.
