This evening, I ordered the steak fajitas, and was provided with a plate of food sufficient to feed me, Sarah, and a small African nation, for a mere $12.95. Now I know this is the land of plenty etc. but surely basic economics would dictate that someone should be saying "Well hang on a minute. If we reduce portion sizes by say, 25%, we can reduce the cost by, say 10%, pocket the difference, attract more customers, save a bunch of money on food supplies, be generally less wasteful and still keep the customers happy" ?

I’d think so, anyway.
